Shipping & Returns
Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days. Custom and bulk orders may take longer.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 business days. For more details, please refer to the Shipping & Return page.
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us. Most small stickers are sent by stamps in a DL envelope without tracking. Tracking is available only if you selected express or standard shipping with tracking at checkout.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer a pickup option at this time. All our stickers are shipped straight to your door by Australia Post. Sit back, relax, and let the sticker magic come to you!

- Wipe the surface clean.
- Slowly peel off the backing of the decal, ensuring all parts of the lettering adhere to the clear transfer tape.
- Position the decal on the desired surface. Use a credit card to press and smooth the decal onto the surface.
- Peel from one corner of the clear transfer tape and remove it.

Uploading Artwork
You can upload your artwork directly through our website during the ordering process. Look for the upload option on the product page before adding it to your cart. If you experience any issues, email your artwork to hey@peelerstickers.com.au with your order number.
We recommend high-resolution files in PNG, JPEG, or PDF format. For the best results, ensure the resolution is at least 300 DPI. Vector files like AI or EPS are preferred for more precise results.
Your artwork should match the size of the sticker you’re ordering. But if you’re unsure about the dimensions, that's okay, we can help resize it for you.
If your file doesn’t meet the required quality for printing, we’ll contact you to suggest alternatives or request a better-quality file. Our team is here to guide you through the process.
Absolutely! Simply mention this in the order notes, and we’ll email you a proof for approval before proceeding.
We specialise in creating custom stickers featuring human and dog faces. Just upload your favourite photo, and we’ll handle the rest. If you have specific requests (like focusing on the face or removing the background), just let us know in the order notes.
